The servers are collocated in Oklahoma City, in a DataCenter that has been in business for more than 5 years. The DataCenter keeps the building and hardware fully secure and maintained.
We guarantee 99.98% uptime!
SQL backups are done 2 times daily and website backups once daily. They are kept for 7 days then written over. Complete server tape backups are done weekly.
Specific Access Control Procedures are in place, to limit physical access to the NOC. The monitoring equipment and systems in place alert us 24/7, if any one of a series of events occurs.
The NOC monitoring services include:
Cameras – Record movement and alert us in the case of intrusion
Temperature – Over / under temperature alerts

Our servers are located behind a hardware-based firewall system and is connected to multiple, high speed, data lines and supported by a battery backup (UPS) array that conditions power into the NOC which is backed up by an auto start natural gas generator in case of commercial power outage. The NOC limits physical access by utilizing a steel, locked door with electronic access control, and steel bars where necessary. |
