Maintain full control over who can access each area of the site. |
One site can feature a number of password protected areas allowing different access to your contact groups such as your suppliers, members, resellers, etc. You can even add a staff only Intranet!
The Administrator can add individuals to these security groups, or this can be set up to configure automatically if members of a group change frequently.

Your site administrator has full control over who can access each area of your site. One site can feature multiple password protected areas allowing different groups of users to access different areas of your site once they have logged in.
Security is managed through the creation of Security Roles. Once a security role is created, one or more web site users can be ticked as belonging to that security role. This permits these users to view or edit any web pages, or content selected as belonging to that role. |
- Fees can be applied to each Security Role. (Credit card integration and online payment available by Customisation).
- Expiry dates can also be applied to a Users access to a Security Role, or access can be unauthorised.
- Customisation can be provided to adapt these security settings to suit your business needs.
- One user can belong to multiple Security Roles.

Roles Based Security for Content Viewing |
|
|
|
Security Role authorisation can be set for each web page simply by ticking a check box for each role that can view the page.
Each content module can have an override setting, allowing a page that is available to All Users to display a particular module to only a particular Security Role.
| |
Roles Based Security for Content Editing |
|
|
|
Content editing rights can also be set up for Security Groups. The user then simply logs in to the website and can immediately edit the content they have authorisation for.
Editing rights can again be given for the whole website, a single page, or a specific area of content on one page.

Administrators can manage the Vendors and Banners associated to the web site. This allows you to add a new vendor, modify an existing vendor, and delete a vendor.
|
You can select the number of banners to display as well as the banner type. A banner can be added to any location on your site, not just the header banner. Banner advertising can be switched on or off at any time.
Banner settings include:
- Banner Name: The Banner Name will be displayed as alternate text for the displayed image.
- Banner Type: Button (small, medium or large), Banner, or Skyscraper.
- * URL: Optional click through URL. If no URL is added, a page displaying the Vendors contact information will be displayed on a Click Through.
Impressions: Enter a limite to the banner impressions.
- CPM: CPM is the cost for 1000 Impressions.
- * Start Date / End Date: Use the Start Date and End Date to control the display schedule for the banner.
